General Industrial and Assembler – D Electrical

Perform repetitive bench or line assembly and wiring operations on simple electrical assemblies or sub-assemblies having a small number of parts and details and/or assemble wiring harness on pattern boards involving some degree of detail as to number of wires.

Bench or line assembly work usually limited to specific operations contributing to complete assemblies.  Products are standardized and methods prescribed.  Operations may involve mounting of apparatus on chassis, wire cutting and stripping, soldering, crimping, testing or like operations incidental to assembly.  Assignments are given process supervision, check and test.
