In 2010, Authenticom had a revenue of $3.5 million dollars and by the end of 2014, it reached a staggering revenue of $18.9 million dollars – an outstanding five year growth of 440%. With Authenticom’s remarkable growth, they have added over 80 jobs over the past five years and have quickly become a major employer in La Crosse, WI.

Authenticom’s leadership role within Wisconsin was also recognized by President Barack Obama during his speech on July 2, 2015 when he praised Authenticom’s family values and fair business practices. The President gave an overview of Authenticom’s humble beginnings and recognized the company as a valuable asset to both the automotive industry and to the La Crosse community. He touched on the effect the recession had on the automotive industry, and how such barriers didn’t hinder Authenticom’s efforts to grow their revenue by investing in new people and new technology. As a result, Authenticom has gone from 18 employees to over 120 today to become one of America’s fastest growing privately held companies. Obama applauded the organizational family unit philosophy by giving the examples of Authenticom’s efforts to support the continuation of education, pay employees fair wages, and guarantee paid sick days.
