Meet Tim Milbrath, Sales Director and the newest addition to Almon Inc.'s Team Customer and employee satisfaction, revenue gains, and cost reduction are some of the many benefits of utilizing proper training solutions. I was tasked with helping a service executive group come up with new topics for their two-day annual event. Our group was passionate about improving the content but needed to better understand the pain points. Discovery I interviewed managers and executives from a wide range of companies in the service industry- manufacturers, technology, call center, etc. Questions included: What takes up the majority of your time? What problems are costing you the most money in your business? What are tasks that you dread doing the most? Pain Points Lack of training inevitably came up as a top pain point in every conversation. Internal challenges, call center issues, field service headaches, the list goes on and on. Too much stress, lost revenue, increased costs, and lost time, all as a result of poor (or no) training. That's when I realized how many problems can be solved through better training content, materials, and deliverables. There is good news. Your training challenges are solvable. Training Solutions Almon develops content and deliverables that are custom made for your audience.
